Physicallly addicted to eating a lot? how do I break this habbit?

by constantly looking in the mirror and seeing what you dont like about yourself, this will make you want to change yourself. And by looking at a victoria secret magazine with y skinny models makes you want to stop eating. Or if your a guy, look at bodybuilding magazine. It works. But you have to really WANT it.
