How much is enough?

If you feel good, I'd say you are doing the right amount. Of course you get sore after a workout. Most doctors recommend 3-5 days a week doing cardio, and on the other days at least a brisk walk. You are keeping yourself healthy and I don't think you are overdoing it. Your body gets restless because just like with anything that feels good, it craves the work out.
