Infection Of the bikini Hair follicles? help?

Over the last couple of months whilst i have been shaving my bikini area, as the hairs start to come back through is causes me some discomfort i get a few blisters filled with pus and are really painfull. now these clear themselves up but they take around 10 days by this time i have already shaved again. i feel lke im going round in a viscious cirlce of trying to get rid of them. can anybody help me? by advising me on a cream i shlould use or something that will help? thankss
