Out of my 4 receivers, which 3 should I start this week?

Choices are: Marques Colston-NO, Devery Henderson-NO, Wes Welker-NE, and Vincent Jackson-SD. Colston and Henderson are basically locks to start against Tampa Bay, but will Welker do better against SD's Defense that gave nothing up to Chicago last week or will Jackson have another sub-par game against a tough New England secondary?
