Serious Dry skin?

Hello everyone today im here to talk about my problem that i am having and its brothering me emotionaly well i shower everday for 30 mins with water on hot well VERY hot its may be not normal but yeah anyway guys i noticed when i shower now in certain spots of my body itches like hell and feels dry after i shower i dont put lotion on and im tanned now that i noticed dry skin i have been puting lotion on my neck all over my neck is marks and stuff on my arms is itchy i sertch it now i have like little holes with blood and stuff and other old marks that are black now its sad i have bought cocoa er please tell me guys how do i fix this thank you so much for your support thank i can always count on you guys
