Which type of fabric is better for upholstering an oversized chair? Cotton Twill or Cotton Canvas?

I am having my over sized chair and ottoman reupholstered and I'm trying to figure out which fabric would be the best to use, either heavyweight 100% cotton twill or medium weight 100% cotton canvas. Thank you in advance for the advice!
