Why don't people think the dolphins will win the Afc East?

I'm just curious I mean Chad henne is actualy a good QB they have Ronnie brown a beast running back and thy beat the jets 2wice and the patriots once they almost beat the steelers and shouldve beat the colts in game 3 I'm just saying that the dolphins are underrated and people just misjudge them. Why do u thinks the won't win the afc east?
