Can anyone tell me what kasugai mameitoko are?

I know they're some kind of japanese snack as I bought them in my local japanese store, and as I was munching them and thinking they were yummy I suddendly realised that as I don't read japanese I have no idea what's in them.. I kinda like to know what I'm eating!
