When will we know what teams will play in the BCS bowl games?

Next week will be the Conference Championship games, so that Sunday (as usual) usually after one of the NFL games, the BCS Standings will be announced. Obviously you will know the top 2 teams are playing in the National Championship game, but there is going to be a bowl selection game later that night.
