Can someone have a panic attack without any actual panic or anxiety or emotional issues at all?

What your describing definitely sounds like a panic attack. The dizziness you experienced is common among people who have panic attacks, and is the result of your bodies natural fight or flight response. When we have a panic attack, our blood rushes from our head and limbs to our major muscles like our stomach and legs to prepare us for fight or flight. It's natural to feel dizzy during a panic attack or like you might faint. Don't concern yourself by thinking you're having a heart attack, as that's a common mistake that people make when they experience panic attacks. I explain this in more detail in my FREE 20 video course at http://TerminatePanic.com/reports
