PLEASE HELP !!! 2YR OLD PLAYN WITH cARBNmONOXIDE!!!?

I moved into a apt. and the stove/oven that they provide releases carbon monoxide they didnt replace it, they just added a Ca.Mo detector... my daughter is two and she keeps turning the oven on, but i always get after her and the alarm didnt go off?? i told the mang. multiple times but i get nothing... wat do do?! i want it out of my home!! =( help anyone?
