Which movie? A boy plays frisbee in the park, a ufo flies by, something is going on, and he is abducted!?

It's a long time ago I watched this film, but i remember a scene where the lead character, this boy is running out of a spaceship or something, through a little valley in the woods. I think there is a scene as well where a person in the movie looks out through the window through a binoculars. Please help me, as far as I remember it's a feel-good-suburban movies!
